Five years ago I bought Ty-Isaf farmlands, between Penyrheol and Abertridyr alongside the Aber cycle path. It was very neglected and I have worked hard to remove tonnes of rubbish, get the trees safe and remove fallen trees so others can thrive, treat invasive weeds and improve the ecology. I am now applying for planning permission for 9 four bedroom homes and 3 apartments to raise money to replace my savings and also will donate 10% of the profits to local charities. I'm inviting feedback and votes for which local charities most deserve the donations.
